TCHC Initiatives

The work of TCHC is often "behind the scenes." Our primary role as the lead agency in the Continuum of Care is to enhance how all our members can more effectively serve the homeless. We coordinate hundreds of meetings, trainings, conferences, and conference calls to optimize coordination, identify service gaps and needs, and facilitate solutions.

TCHC takes the lead when it makes practical sense to centralize the facilitation of a solution that impacts a broad area of homeless services.
