Case Manager of the Year
Each year TCHC recognizes the extraordinary contributions that
case managers give in ending homelessness and those individuals
dedication in making homelessness a rare, short-term, and
non-recurring event. The Case Manager of the Year nominees have
demonstrated excellence in their profession, made a positive impact
on the homeless, possess a passion for service to the homeless,
provide leadership in their organization, and creatively solve
problems and address the barriers to being housed.
2011 Case Manager of the Year Nomination Form is now available.
Nominations will be reviewed and the Case Manager of the Year award
selected by a committee made up of members of the TCHC Board of
Directors and the Continuum of Care Planning Council. The Case
Manager of the Year will be announced at the TCHC Annual Meeting
luncheon Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at First United Methodist
Church.
