CoC Planning Council 2012
The Continuum of Care Planning Council (CoCPC) of the Tarrant
County Homeless Coalition (TCHC) is responsible for advising TCHC
staff on the strategic planning goals and action steps for the
Continuum of Care and providing recommendations on program
topics and trainings. The Planning Council meets
monthly to help coordinate and provide guidance for the:
1) Professional development of service providers
through training recommendations
2) Overisight and coordination of CoC workgroups
that identify areas and methods for service delivery improvements
for outreach, prevention, youth, emergency shelters,
transitional housing and permanent supportive housing
3) HMIS participation
4) Performance Measures

5) Develop and monitor the annual work plan to measure
and meet the five HUD NationalObjectives for the Continuum of Care
Homeless Assistance Grant
