The purpose of the Consumer Council is to address the ideas,
suggestions and concerns clients have about the services and/or
treatment received and how the quality of services offered may be
improved. The Council gives homeless clients a valid voice in the
process of rebuilding their lives and becoming self sufficient and
a sense of accountability and responsibility within the clients, by
including them in the process by listening to them express their
concerns and jointly developing a plan of action.
