The following helpful resoures have been grouped for landlords in Tarrant County. They provide useful information and reference material for working with tenants that may need assistance.

Orientation Information - This concise document outlines the steps necessary to register as a landlord with the Fort Worth Housing Authority. You can either download the document or review the quick and easy steps.
- Download the Orientation Information document
- The easy way to register with the Fort Worth Housing Authority:
  - Go to http://www.ftwha.org/
  - Select "Landlord and Property Owners" from the left-side menu.
  - Select "Request for Participation".
  - Complete the form and submit your information.

Add new Properties

For Special Programs

If you are a landlord who has already completed the Landlord Orientation with the Fort Worth Housing Authority and you wish to add a new property for the Directions Home or Shelter + Care programs for the homeless, please print the Property Description Form below and fax the completed form to Melvlyn Brown at (817) 877-5068. Be sure to also call Bernice Romero at 817-877-3576 to provide ownership information so that she can verify you as the owner with TAD for each new property added.
