HPRP Program Outputs
Each month, grantees access cumulative HMIS data about the
status of HPRP in our community using the HPRP Reporting web
application. These reports help grantees meet the requirements of
the federal and state programs.
The first page of the report, Program Outputs, is available to
the public. These outputs are aggregate numbers of every HPRP grant
and every HPRP agency in the Continuum of Care. Each person and
household is tax dollars at work, case managers' triumphs, and
lives kept from becoming homeless.
