Homeless Prevention Funds that assist with rent are available to individuals that qualify in order to help these individuals remain in housing.
Rapid Re-Housing Funds that assist with housing placement and rent for a short period of time are available for individuals that are currently experiencing homelessness.

- Tarrant County resident age 18 years or older
- Legal notice to vacate from a landlord and/or eviction documents from JP Court.
- Willing to participate in case management.
- Meet income guidelines
- Have no other housing resources available
Information needed for interview:
- Valid picture ID
- Social security card
- Verification of residency
- Verification of immigration status for all household members, if applicable
- Proof of household income from all sources for all household members
- Written notice to vacate from a landlord and/or eviction documents from JP court
- Verification of earned/unearned income
- Rental payment history from landlord
- Current lease agreement
- Current utility bills
- Other documents may be required after initial screening

Eligibility Criteria:
- Individual or family income has to be below 30% of AMI; and
- Individual or family has insufficient resources immediately available to attain housing stability
- Willing to participate in case management
